FIZZY EASY Energy Complex – 1 effervescent tablet before a physical activity.

FIZZY EASY Electrolyte Complex – 1 effervescent tablet after a physical activity.

DUOLIFE Protein Shake — prepare a shake using 2 level teaspoons of the powder (35g). Consume 1 shake after physical activity or when needed.

DUOLIFE Chlorofil — 20 ml at dinner time or throughout the day dissolved in a bottle of water.
