The DuoLife Company reserves the right make the cession within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the documents. The cession is legally valid from the date of its introduction into the system.

The Foundation was established at the initiative of Bartosz Królikowski, Piotr Pacyga, Norbert Janeczek and Łukasz Godyń. The Live Your Life Consciously Foundation initiated I Live My Life Consciously Campaign. The Campaign started in December 2015, and month by month, it has been extending its range. At the beginning, the Campaign focussed on providing health education in several bigger cities, today it operates in 30 locations in Poland. More and more frequently the Campaign’s events are also organized abroad. The aim of the Campaign activity is to educate in the scope of: health, diets, diagnosis and preventive healthcare, promotion of conscious lifestyle, search for optimal and nature-friendly solutions, and affirming the belief that our health and life depend on us exclusively.

The function of the Conference organizer requires:
- organizational skills,

The organizer is required, within 7 business days, to send to the Campaign’s Coordinator the conference (expenses) allocation via e-mail (the cost allocation sheet will be sent by the Campaign’s Coordinator beforehand). Invoices issued for the Foundation and providing the following data constitute the basis to allocate the expenses borne by the organizer (Fundacja na Rzecz Świadomego Życia [Live Your Life Consciously Foundation], address: Topolowa 22, 32-082 Więckowice, NIP [tax] number: 513 024 28 85). Then the organizer is to send all documents, including the signed allocation, the attendance-sheet, the participants questionnaires, via registered mail to the Foundation address: Fundacja na Rzecz Świadomego Życia, ul. Topolowa 22, 32-082 Więckowice.
The organizer is obliged, within 7 business days, to allocate cash collected during the conference (after covering the costs) by transfer to the Foundation’s account marked as: Statutory purposes donation to Live Your Life Consciously Foundation, the date and place of the conference.
A brick usually means "a charge" for a thing which is of intangible value, received by donors. The brick is usually a symbolic trinket, e.g. a commemorative ticket or card, which is given in exchange for donation to the non-governmental-organization. The brick is the equivalent of a ticket and authorizes the donor to participate in the organized events. DuoLife dietary supplements are natural products. The taste and consistency of individual batches may differ, depending on a season and raw materials which were used in production.
