Recommended use of set products
DUOLIFE Protein Shake — prepare a shake using 2 level teaspoons of the powder (35g). Consume 1 shake after physical activity or when needed.
DUOLIFE Chlorofil — 20 ml at dinner time or throughout the day dissolved in a bottle of water.
In the morning:
DUOLIFE Fiber - 25 ml with a meal.
In the afternoon:
ProSlimer® – 2 capsules before a meal.
In the evening:
ProStik® - 2 capsules.
