Red beet extract - beets contain:
- vitamins A, C and B (B1, B2, B3, B6);
- minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, cobalt, zinc, manganese and dietary fibre (approximately 2.8 g per 100 g);
- phytosterols;
- folic acid and other organic acids;
- polyphenols, including flavonoids; -
betalains, mainly betanin.
Aubergine extract - aubergines are a source of fibre, vitamins (C, B, A, E, D, K) and minerals (potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium). They are also a valuable source of polyphenols (flavonoids, anthocyanins) and carotenoids.
Mango extract - mangoes are a source of potassium, fibre and vitamins (A, C, E, K, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid), as well as numerous polyphenols (mangipherin, gallic acid, gallotannins, quercetin, isocquercetin, ellagic acid).
Kiwi extract - Kiwis are extremely rich in vitamin C but also vitamins E and K, as well as minerals (especially potassium and magnesium). In addition, they are also a source of carotenoids and fibre.

Grapefruit extract - grapefruits are a source of vitamins (especially C, E, A and B), minerals and fibre. Due to its content of polyphenols (bioflavonoids, including naringin, naringenin, quercetin), it also has a high antioxidant potential.
Grape extract - grapes contain:
- vitamins: A, C, B1, B2, B6, PP, E, K and folic acid;

Millet seed extract - millet seeds have a high nutritional value, as they contain many valuable minerals (calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc), fibre and polyphenols. In addition, they are a source of lecithin, vitamins (especially from the B group) and amino acids (especially methionine and cysteine). They do not contain gluten.
