ProImmuno®
product code: DLMFPIMM010200
ProImmuno® is a food supplement in the form of capsules composed of carefully selected ingredients of natural origin which, among others, foster the normal functioning of the immunte systema and help protect the cells against oxidative stressb.
ProImmuno® is a product composed of carefully selected, naturally sourced ingredients that form a unique composition, consistent with the principles of synergism. The ingredients used are in the form of isolated active compounds or in the form of raw materials standardised for the content of active ingredients. This ensures that the content of the valuable compounds in the supplement is strictly defined and guaranteed.
ProImmuno® food supplement contains: proprietary ProImmuno® formula of flavonoids obtained from Japanese pagoda tree standardised for the content of quercetin with phospholipids and luteolin, proprietary formula of zinc obtained from inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast cells, inulin from chicory root, propolis extract standardised for the content of galangin, green propolis extract standardised for the content of artepilin C, red sage root extract standardised for the content of tanshinone IIA, apigenin from grapefruit.

Proprietary ProImmuno® formula of flavonoids sourced from the flowers of Japanese pagoda tree standardised for the content of quercetin with phospholipids and luteolin Japanese pagoda tree is a tree native to China and Korea. It has been planted in Japan for years. It can also be found in Polish parks and botanical gardens. Raw material in the form of flowers (flower buds) is rich in multiple flavonoids with valuable effect, such as quercetin, luteolin and rutoside.
Quercetin - the formula is based on phytosomal technology (quercetin phytosome®), where quercetin is blended with natural phospholipids (sunflower lecithin), which makes the flavonoid’s bioavailability and pharmacokinetics superior to that of ordinary raw material. The increased bioavailability of quercetin from the formula has been confirmed in a published clinical trial with 12 healthy volunteers1. The results of the study prove that the level of quercetin administered orally in the formula form reaches up to 20 times the value in blood plasma compared to using the unformulated raw material alone. Among other things, a dose of 250 mg of phospholipid quercetin - identical to that contained in 2 ProImmuno® capsules - is used in the study.
Luteolin is another valuable flavonoid present in Japanese pagoda tree flowers. Its biological effect profile is similar to that of quercetin.
Proprietary formula derived from inactivated Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast standardised for zinc content- the formula with enhanced and standardised zinc content is obtained through the fermentation and subsequent inactivation of special lines of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. Yeast - a natural rich source of many vitamins and minerals, cultured and additionally nourished, then processed and dried under mild conditions, allowing the preserved vitamins and minerals to interact with the natural yeast matrix as their 'biological background' and guaranteeing their stability and quality. The resulting final product contains a complex of natural, well-digestible nutrients, with a specific, standardised amount of zinc.

Propolis extract standardised for galangin content - propolis is a very complex product, produced by bees from bee putty and pollen balm. European (brown) propolis used in the ProImmuno® preparation is sourced from black poplar. Propolis of this origin is deemed particularly valuable for its effect on the body; it is linked to the high content of polyphenols (flavonoids and phenolic acids), including especially precious galangin. The brown propolis extract used in the preparation is obtained in the patented Multi Dynamic Extraction (M.E.D.®) method, which allows for very effective extraction of bioactive compounds from the raw material. Obtained extract is free of inactive resins and rich in polyphenols with valuable properties. The galangin content in the extract is strictly defined (standardised).
Green propolis extract standardised for artepillin C content - honey bees contribute to the production of green propolis from Brazillian plant, Baccharis dracunculifolia, typical for the tropical region. Propolis owes its colour to chlorophyll found in the young tissue of the plant. The ingredients of this propolis include numerous important active compounds, the most prominent one being artepillin C, while polyphenol content is relatively low. Artepillin C is a derivative of cinnamic acid. It is characteristic for green propolis and its content in other propolis is significantly lower. The raw material found in the supplement is standardised for artepillin C.
Redroot sage root extract standardised for tanshinone IIA content - redroot sage, also known as Danshen or Chinese sage is a Chinese plant that has been used for years in the traditional medicine of that region as well as in other parts of the globe. The plant is also especially valued in the United States as a food supplement. Danshen is the first traditional Chinese health-supporting plant included in the American Pharmacopoeia and the first to be approved for clinical trials by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). The plant is also present in the European Pharmacopoeia. Valuable active ingredients in red-root sage are tanshinones, especially tanshinone IIA.
Apigenin from grapefruits - apigenin is a compound that belongs to the group of flavonoids with effect similar to that of quercetin, kaempferol and hesperin. It can be found in many fruits (e.g. grapefruits), vegetables and some herbs such as camomile, parsley or coriander.
