DuoLife is a Joint Stock Company, which involves the safety of the cooperation due to transparency of the company’s actions. A huge advantage of DuoLife, as the Joint Stock Company, is a possibility to check easily the reliability of the company by potential contractors and shareholders, since financial data, i.e. full financial accounting, is disclosed, and annual financial reports are published and there is audit obligation.
Only 1 in 311 direct selling companies is able to stand the test of time, their collapse usually comes as a shock for the members of the organization, because the symptoms of negative changes are simply concealed. Private firms, unlike Joint Stock Companies, are not obliged to publish their financial statements.
