Principles of Business Assistant, Text messages and Administrative Fees
Business Assistant
All new Club Members who join DUOLIFE Club, receive free access to Business Assistant for two entire Settlement Periods (SP).
Example:
A new Club Member joined DUOLIFE Club on 10.03.2018 and their Business Assistant will be active until 15.05.2018. After that period, to keep Business Assistant active, a Club Members needs to buy monthly or annual subscription.

Administrative fee
Administrative fee (creating invoices, accounting, settling an account, competition service)
- If a Club Member in a given Settlement Period does not withdraw commission from their Virtual Portfolio (e.g. uses collected funds for purchase of other products), then the Club Member will not be charged with Administrative Fee for the first withdrawal in the given Settlement Period from Virtual Portfolio, according to the Table of Fees and Commissions.
- If a Club Member in the given Settlement Period withdraws commission from their Virtual Portfolio and does not have an active Business Assistant, then the Club Member will be charged with an Administrative Fee for withdrawal in the given Settlement Period according to the Table of Fees and Commissions (at the moment of withdrawal of funds, the entire accounting, tax, administrative procedure is started, which is related to additional Sodexo costs, Bank fees, etc.).
