We are presenting important information related to sending of SMS and e-mail notifications.

We are receiving a lot of reports from you concerning receiving of SMSs. For our part, we have to inform you that it is not related to any system errors.
The functionality of phone numbers without validation has been created due to its practical application. It is possible to assign the same phone number to various accounts in the system.
The functionality of phone numbers without validation has been created due to its practical application. It is possible to assign the same phone number to various accounts in the system.
We have to remember that, in practice, even if only one person with a specific phone number "checks" their consent to receive paid SMSs and the other accounts with the same phone number "uncheck" that consent, the system will not be able to recognise from which account the consent was "checked"/"unchecked" (if the phone number is repeated in several accounts).
In the end, sending of exclusive consents takes place and the system does not send any SMSs.
At the same time, we give notice that due to performance reasons and too large amounts of queued SMSs and e-mail notifications (a limit of approx. 5,000 e-mails per day, with a 2-day delay, the other e-mails were being deleted from the queue as outdated), which take 99% of the time of adding new people to the structure, we have put in place the following restrictions.

We are aware of the limitations related to notifications and correct communication with you and that is why we are partly revealing our secret and inform you that we are at the stage of designing a completely new notification and communication solution for you that will remove the limitations between us.
Additionally, regarding that issue, we ask each of you to :
1. Indicate and update phone numbers assigned to given accounts in the system which will make our work considerably easier, improve system operation and contribute to elimination of such situations.2. Assigning an individual phone number to an account.
