We would like to remind you that due to the extension of the EU VAT MOSS (Mini One Stop Shop) regulation, prices of DuoLife products in the markets in which VAT rates for certain products are higher than those applied before changed on 16 September 2021. The change was necessary to ensure that the company complies with the new regulations.

We would also like to remind you of a new way of calculating the margin commissions, in line with the recommendations of the auditing firm assisting DuoLife S.A. From 16 September 2021, the margin commission will be calculated as the net price difference (excluding VAT) and not the gross price difference (including VAT).

Also, please be informed that you can find new product price lists on our website in the Downloads section. The new price lists contain the current indexed gross and net prices in various markets to make it easier for you to calculate margin commissions.

The above changes coincide with the first adjustment of prices of 4 DuoLife products on the Polish market, first for years. The adjustment applies to the following items from our catalogue:

DuoLife Aloes,

DuoLife Vita C.

The new prices will be in effect from 16 September 2021. The price adjustment is solely due to the successive increase in the prices of raw materials and ingredients used in the production process of the dietary supplements referred to above and the change in the corresponding VAT rate from 8% to 23%.
