below we present an instructional video on creating an order with a new delivery option - UPS Access Point. All information will also be placed in our base of FAQ - frequently asked questions, so you can consult it at any time.
How does the UPS Access Point ™ ordering work?
UPS Access Point™ locations are delivery locations partnered with UPS, which offer you a comfortable option of picking up your packages close to home or work. UPS Access Point locations are represented by a wide variety of retail points, such as e.g. press salons, gas stations, and grocery shops. Due to long working hours of these places (early morning, late afternoon, weekends), you will be able to pick up your package at any time after selecting UPS Access Point as a delivery location. All UPS Access Point locations are supervised and supported by UPS utilising technology and continuous training to ensure high level of service and security.
How does it work:
1) An order is issued and “UPS Access Point” is selected as a delivery method
2) A convenient UPS Access Point location, to which the package will be delivered, is selected
3) The order is sent from DuoLife S.A. directly to the selected UPS Access Point location
4) When the package is ready to be picked up, you receive a notification via text/e-mail
5) The package may be picked up at any time by giving its number and presenting proof of identity
Acceptable proof of identity:
- Proof of identity with a picture, issued by state authority: ID, driving license, passport (from Republic of Poland or another country); other document with a picture, authority stamp, and signature of its owner.
If you want someone else to pick up your package, they will need to present letter of attorney (on general terms or ad litem), as well as their own proof of identity meeting the requirements presented above.
