The Management Board of DUOLIFE S.A. informs you that, due to reasons beyond the Company’s control, it is forced to cancel the planned General Meeting of Shareholders, which was scheduled to take place on June 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

The reason for the cancellation is a sudden health issue affecting the certified auditor, which has prevented them from completing the scheduled work on time. Despite our best efforts, the process could not be finalized before the planned date of the Meeting, which has led to this decision.

We will inform you of the new date of the General Meeting promptly after the auditor recovers and issues their opinion.
