Due to the high level of interest and high willingness to attend the DuoLife S.A. General Meeting of Shareholders, originally scheduled for 4 August 2021, the Management Board has decided to reschedule GMS for September 2021. As a result, all of you who have not yet managed to register in the register of shareholders kept by Dom Maklerski Navigator S.A. will have more time to fulfil this obligation and will be able to attend GMS.

We will inform you of the new date of GMS within the statutory period.
