Welcome aboard!
Michal Majchrzak began his adventure in sports with swimming and taekwondo. He became seriously acquainted with the running track at the age of 18, training in athletics first in Dolsk and then in Poznań. After two years of intensive training and continuous development at his first Polish championships, he won as many as three medals, entering the group of top Polish runners. Today his achievements include:
17 medals;
5 gold medals of the Polish championship rank;
5th place at the European Championships in the 4 x 100-meter relay, which broke the Polish record for this distance.
Plans for the near future? Participation in the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris!
In the training process, Michal focuses primarily on taking care of the health and proper condition of the body, in which DuoLife dietary supplements help him.
