GLS courier company is one of the leaders in their sector. They operate in many countries all over the world, enjoying a very good reputation and following their mission ‘We deliver trust and safety to you’. What’s important, apart from a standard range of options, they have a set of additional online solutions for the recipients, such as:
tracking the parcel and its status,
sending an email to the recipient with information about the parcel,
sending a text message (SMS) about the planned delivery date,
the option of redirecting the parcel after a failed delivery attempt,
the option of making a complaint if the received order does not conform to the standard,
a browser of ParcelShops, i.e. order pickup points (of course the option of delivery to the specific address is also possible).
