Why does he surround himself with people better than him? What did he learn at the so-called school of bulls? When did he understand that if he wants to change his life, he must first change himself? Paweł Lenar told us about all of this in an interview for "Network Magazyn", which you must read!

We have a very strong time. Due to the second wave of pandemic, there is a great interest in business and products. A lot of people are looking for natural supplements to increase immunity and a new source of income.

Yes. I drove an old, rusty Opel, which was worth PLN 1.5 thousand. I wanted to change that. I've never been employed. I ran my own business by conducting IT training. I was not willing to sell my time from 8 to 17 and to execute someone's orders. I wanted to have my life for myself and for my family. That's why I decided to work in network marketing.

For nine years, I have gained new skills and experience. During this time, I have learned a lot. I reached one of the highest positions in the marketing plan. However, in the company I worked with at that time, many decisions diverged from the standards I accepted. I felt that it was for me time for change. I wanted to make full use of my potential. For this reason, I decided to write a new chapter and moved to DuoLife S.A.

Absolutely! Despite the fact that I started to build a structure practically from scratch, now, after 3.5 years of working with DuoLife S.A., I earn 7 times more than after nine years of working with the previous company. I drive Mercedes, my wife drives a beautiful Jaguar and any day now I will collect a new car with very rich equipment. It will feature, i.a., the Burmaster Hi-End audio system with 26 speakers. Each of them will be more expensive than Opel, which I had once. Each month, Partners in my structure collect new Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover cars. From the beginning, more than 120 cars have already been released to the Leaders who have trusted me.

I owe it to continuous learning and development. I follow the philosophy of being 100% off-line and 100% on-line. For ten years, I have been seeing the growing development of the Internet industry. The current situation has accelerated it. I have been using web tools in my work for several years, including those that I have created.

Among other things. In addition to videos, I also post texts and podcasts on the Internet. However, of these three forms, videos have the best future. This form of communication is becoming increasingly popular and will continue to grow.

Making good video and audio content requires a lot of knowledge and I like to learn. When I started to produce such materials, it turned out I really enjoy it. The higher the substantive and technical quality of the video, the better effects it produces. That is why I created my own professional video and audio studio in my home. Thanks to working in network marketing, I was able to equip it with top-drawer equipment. With my own studio, I am able to work and support Leaders around the world. Many people tell me I have a radio host voice. But not everyone knows that it required a lot of work and exercise.

I see some trends in the internet that are great for use in the development of MLM business. One is to use chats to build relationships, from meeting a new person to registering them as a Club Member. The second is to build a personal brand using your hobbies and interests. It allows everyone involved to grow and succeed. It is not only the tools I create, but also how I communicate with people. I teach not only how to acquire new Partners, but also build master teams and create Leaders. If you want to be better, you need to above all else develop yourself. You attract others not by what you want but by who you are. My aim is to create independent and resourceful teams.

I am mainly talking about business with positive and entrepreneurial people. There is no boss here, so you need self-discipline. Therefore, I help those who want to help themselves, not those about who I think that they need my help. It is worth bringing people better than you into your team. Why? When answering this question, it is worth asking yourself what kind of team you want to have. The best people are those who have a burning desire to succeed, are open to tips and ready to work.

People are looking for an example. I teach self-discipline by acting systematically in my own work. For many people, it is inspiring when they see you are doing what you are saying. Before I started working in MLM, I worked for some time as an insurance agent. There I went to “the school of bulls”. The name came from the fact that, in the past, farmers who cultivated land using bulls tied a young bull to an older one so that they worked together in the field. This allowed the young bull to learn from the bull with experience in this type of work. I had first meetings with an experienced agent. I just listened to his conversations. I didn't have any idea what was going on until the 10th meeting. I did not believe at that time that I would be able to conduct it myself. From the 20th meeting, I conducted them myself, but only during around the 50th one I gained self-confidence and began to enjoy them.

I believe that motivation through example is the best way to develop. The times of theoretical coaches have ended. The times of talking about wonderful tools that will do the whole job for you are also becoming a thing of the past. If you want something to change in your business and life, you must change yourself. Above all, you also need to feel that what you do is not just making a living, but that your activity has a deeper meaning and brings great value to other people.
