Loyalty Bonus - rules of the incentive program
Who is the bonus for?
All Club Members who regularly purchase and use DUOLIFE Products.
From 01.01.2023 until 31.12.2023 with the possibility of extension by DUOLIFE.
1. Place an order for our Products with the point value indicated in the table below in two consecutive Settlement Periods and you will receive one of the promotional Products from Pool A or A and B or A, B and C.

Each Bonus is granted once per Settlement Period.
2. Once you reach a given point threshold, you should select your Product Bonus from the pool of Products available for the relevant point level and mark it on the list. The exception to the above is the Bonus at the level of 750 P (a Product from pool C), which is granted automatically. If the Bonuses have not been marked on the list when placing an order, they will not be awarded.
The Bonus for a given order may be waived. In such a case, the Bonus will appear on the next order placed, but only during the same Settlement Period. It is not possible to add the Bonus after an order has been placed. Bonuses do not roll over to subsequent Settlement Periods.
3. When you place an order for Products with a point value of 250 P, you can choose a Bonus from Pool A. If you place an order for Products with a point value of 250 P for a second time in the same Settlement Period, you can choose a Bonus from Pool B, as the total point value for your orders in the Settlement Period in question will be 500 P. In such a case, you are entitled to receive both a Product from Pool A and a Product from Pool B.
4. In each Settlement Period during the Program, you can participate in it by placing orders for DUOLIFE Products with a total point value as indicated in the table above.

Bonus for newly registered Club Members
But that's not all! For the newly registered Club Members we have prepared a special version of the Loyalty Bonus! Every new DUOLIFE Club Member will be able to receive the DUOLIFE Day and Night set once in the third Settlement Period since registration. The condition you have to meet is Monthly Activity at the level of at least 500 P in the first, second and third Settlement Period.
The special offer has been designed for Club Members who joined DUOLIFE Club in the 105th Settlement Period (16/05 – 15/06/22) or later.
The promotion is not valid in AU-BY-IL-GE-UZ, UA zones.
We would also like to remind you that the Bonuses are awarded once the respective point thresholds (250, 500 and 750) are reached or exceeded for the sum of orders placed in the same Settlement Period. See below the available options and benefits.
First order = 100 P - no Bonus;
Second order = 150 P - Bonus for exceeding the 250 P threshold;
Third order = 200 P - no Bonus;
Fourth order = 100 P - Bonus for exceeding the 500 P threshold.
Rule: the total number of points collected is 550, which entitles you to receive the Bonus for exceeding two point thresholds: 250 P (order number 1 and 2) and 500 P (four orders in total).
First order = 250 P - Bonus for exceeding the 250 P threshold;
Second order = 250 P - Bonus for exceeding the 500 P threshold.
First order = 500 P - Bonus for exceeding the 250 P threshold and Bonus for exceeding the 500 P threshold in one order.
First Order = 750 P - Bonus for exceeding the 250 P threshold, Bonus for exceeding the 500 P threshold and Bonus for exceeding the 750 P threshold in one order.
Products granted under the Loyalty Bonus may vary depending on the zone. The Loyalty Bonus incentive program is limited in time.
We also reserve the right to change the products in individual pools during the program. Any changes will be announced in separate communication.

But that's not all! We have prepared a special promotion for newly registered Club Members.
