It is a lifestyle that will help us maintain a slim figure, protect us against poor eating habits and reduce the likelihood of developing a specific disease. Each blood type has in fact some disease predispositions. Did you know about that?
A like an amazing pineapple
Why pineapple? Because it is the best fruit for those with "A" type. This tropical fruit increases the use of calories, accelerates peristalsis and contains the necessary inflammatory enzymes.

Do you like eating? We have good news for you - correctly! You should eat frequently - mainly vegetables. Laugh and sleep as often as possible to lower the secretion of the cortisol hormone, which slows metabolism. It is one-half of the success of a healthy body of the group "A".
Introduce:: soya and its preparations; olive oil; fruit: pineapple, plums, berries, citrus fruits, especially grapefruit and lemon; vegetables: all except the following; fish: cod, carp, trout, mackerel, sardines; green tea; garlic; aloe vera; chamomile; nuts: peanut butter, peanuts, pumpkin; cereals: buckwheat, amaranth, rice flour and rye flour; pasta; meat: turkey and chicken.
Eliminate: processed products; dairy products – except milk and soy cheese; wheat products; meat; vegetables: tomatoes and peppers; fruit: oranges, bananas, mango, papaya; acute spices: ketchup, vinegar and pepper.
A recipe for energy shake:

B - like beautiful protein
According to the research concluded i.e. in the book Eat Right For Your Type - people with "B" type of blood are a carnivorous by nature part of society. This is because of genetic factors. The ancestors of this group were hunters eating mainly meat of animal origin. The organisms of the people with the “B” blood type are not able to produce the necessary proteins from food consisting solely of plant products.

Introduce: meat: mutton, venison, rabbit, lamb, veal, beef, turkey, liver; fish, mainly marine; seafood; dairy products: first of all eggs; green vegetables; licorice tea; olive oil instead of other oils.
Eliminate: oils; nuts and seeds; most of the beans and legumes; tomatoes and everything that is produced from them; wheat products: buckwheat, corn, flaxseed sesame; ice cream.
Recipe for spinach nests:

- 1 kg spinach,
- ¼ butter cube,
- 4 eggs,
- salt,
- Parmesan cheese.

Chop washed spinach and simmer it in the ¼ cube of butter for 4-5 minutes, add salt. Form 4 nests. Pour an egg to each nest and add salt. Bake the dish in a fairly preheated oven for approx. 5 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve the dish hot.

Introduce: red meat, with the exception of pork and bacon; liver; seafood; vegetables: cabbage, spinach, broccoli, parsley, ginger; fish, with the exception of pickled herring and smoked salmon; olive oil; linseed oil; juice with low sugar content.
Eliminate: dairy products; cereals, especially wheat bread or pasta; poppy seeds; peanut butter; cabbage; avocado; olives; vinegar and pepper.
Recipe for a delicious turkey breast with spinach:

- 1 turkey breast, salt,
- pepper, garlic, ,
- seasoning for chicken,
- frozen spinach,
- 1 tablespoon of cream 12%.
- 1 egg, olive oil,
- 150g of Gorgonzola cheese,
- 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese,
- 1/4 of a cup of heavy cream 30%,
- 1/3 of a spoon of ground nutmeg,
- 1/3 of a spoon of granulated garlic.

Wash a turkey breast; season it freely with the salt, pepper, garlic and chicken spice. Thaw the spinach in the pan until the water has evaporated and season it. Add a tablespoon of cream 12% and 1 egg. Cut a pocket in the breast, struck it with the spinach. Brush the oven pan with olive oil, then put the breast. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius - fan assisted- for 90 minutes. Serve with cheese sauce.

Cheese sauce: pour the cream into the saucepan, add crumbled Gorgonzola. Then add Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring slowly and vigorously. When the cheese is dissolved, season the sauce with nutmeg, granulated garlic and pepper.
