The conference lasts two days (Saturday and Sunday).
On both Saturday and Sunday, the conference starts at 9.30 a.m. However, arrive early to avoid queues and to register for the event.
Registration starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday and at 9 a.m. on Sunday.
It is essential for a smooth registration that a ticket is assigned to a specific Club member before the event in the myDUOLIFE system. Also, when going to the conference, have your paid and assigned ticket ready, together with the QR code and Club Member ID.
The fast track is for conference attendees who have a paid and assigned ticket and are able to present the QR code and Club Member ID at the registration desk immediately.
Please join the queue for people without tickets. You will find such a queue at both Entrance A and C to Arena Gliwice. Our staff member will find your order and the ticket assigned to it in the system. To speed up the process, please have your order number and your Club Member ID ready.
You can assign a ticket by logging into the myDUOLIFE website. Hover your mouse over the events tab, and a list will expand. Then select unassigned reservations and click. A list of available tickets will appear. Click on the human icon on the right and enter the necessary details of the person who is to have the ticket. If you are unable to log in to myDUOLIFE at this time, please join the queue for those without tickets. Our staff member will find your order in the system and help you assign the ticket. To speed up the process, please have your order number and Club Member IDs ready.
Assigning a ticket will enable us to find it faster in our system, speed up registration and therefore reduce queuing time.
Tickets can be returned by contacting the Customer Service. Please note that this must be done within 14 days of placing your order. You can reassign your ticket to another person by contacting the Customer Service no later than 5 working days before the event.
Upon registration, each conference participant will receive a special wristband that entitles them to move freely around Arena Gliwice. Access to certain areas of Arena Gliwice is limited, depending on the rank of the Club Member. We encourage you to use the map you will find on the myDUOLIFE website, under Events / TFT | International Convention / Maps.
It is not possible for a conference participant to collect more than one wristband. Everyone collects their wristband individually.
Please refer to the map on the myDUOLIFE website, under Events / TFT | International Convention / Maps. You can collect your Welcome Pack at the location marked with the number 1.
Entrance C to Arena Gliwice is dedicated to people who need help getting into the conference. There is security staff at both Entrance C and Entrance A to Arena Gliwice. Please ask the security for assistance.
Yes, there is simultaneous interpretation during the conference into the following languages: SK, CZ, RO, RU, FR, EN, DE, HU, IT.
Simultaneous interpretation headsets are issued to conference participants free of charge.
Please refer to the map on the myDUOLIFE website, under Events / TFT | International Convention / Maps. You can collect your headset at the location marked with the headset icon. It is not possible for one person to collect more than one headset. Headsets are issued on the basis of the Club Member ID. Be sure to have it ready before collecting your headset!
There is good enough coverage anywhere on Arena Gliwice's main floor to be able to use the simultaneous interpretation headsets freely. Please remember to hold the top of the headset towards the stage so that the signal remains undisturbed. Please do not place your headsets in your trouser or jacket pockets or handbags.
Please go to the simultaneous interpretation headset distribution point, which is indicated by the headset icon on the map located on the myDUOLIFE website, under Events / TFT | International Convention / Maps.
The simultaneous interpretation headset taken on Saturday must be returned the same day and then collected again on Sunday. It is not possible to take or store headsets outside Arena Gliwice.
The organisational email from the market manager should contain all necessary information. If you have not received the organisational email, please contact the manager of the relevant market or your manager, who will indicate a dedicated venue for the meetings with markets.
The stands are a dedicated area for all Club Members. Closest to the stage is the directors’ zone, with each seat being named, to which only DUOLIFE Club Presidents and Directors have access. Then, there is the managers’ zone, to which only Club Members of SM and RM rank have access. After the managers’ zone, on the main floor, there is an area for people from abroad.
Yes, there is a free public car park around Arena Gliwice for conference participants with a limited number of spaces. The availability of spaces is not guaranteed. Spaces are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Presidents as well as Directors of the DUOLIFE Club and foreign visitors have a designated zone where they can park their cars (at entrance C). A car park for other Club Members is available at entrance A. Yes, you can leave your outerwear in the cloakroom. The cloakroom is free of charge.
Yes, but on the condition that the volume of water or other beverages (alcohol is prohibited) does not exceed 0.5 litres. In the case of food, small snacks may be brought in. It is not permitted to bring in meals delivered by external restaurants.
Entrance A is for people from Poland, entrance C is for people from abroad and VIPs (Presidents, Directors and Managers). On the myDUOLIFE website, under Events / TFT | International Convention / Maps you will find a map where entrances A and C are marked.
Please refer to the map on the myDUOLIFE website, under Events / TFT | International Convention / Maps. We have marked the smoking area with a cigarette icon.
The first aid station is located at entrance A to Arena Gliwice, where a lifeguard patrol is waiting for conference participants. If you have trouble finding the first aid station, ask the security to show you where it is.
The event agenda can be found on the myDUOLIFE website, under Events/TFT | International Convention/Agenda. On the day of the event, the conference agenda will be displayed on monitors in Arena Gliwice.
We have launched a special deposit where you can leave your luggage. The deposit is chargeable. The fee for the deposit is PLN 30. Please note that it is not possible to attend the conference without leaving your luggage at the deposit.
It is strictly forbidden to bring alcohol purchased outside Arena Gliwice both during the conference and the evening networking event.

Yes, Arena Gliwice offers chargeable catering services to conference participants. There are kiosks on the promenade where various refreshments can be purchased.
