below we present useful modifications that will take place within the scope of the Business Assistant, SMS and Administrative charge.

We are asking for a thorough approach to the above message, because these modifications were dictated by consultations with leaders, technical issues and the need to adapt the system to your actions.

1. BUSINESS ASSISTANT

All new Club Members joining the DuoLife Club receive free access to the Business Assistant for two full Settlement Periods (SP).

Example:

When a new Club Member joined the DuoLife Club on 10.03.2018 the Business Assistant is active until 15.05.2018. After this time, you must purchase a monthly or annual subscription to have an active Business Assistant.

To meet your requests and expectations, we have prepared new functionalities that you can use until further notice without having to purchase a subscription:

Group orders moduleYES

Ordering by another Club member on behalf of several other Club Members at the same time. MULTIBASKET YES

The ability to discount individual orders from the Virtual Wallets of other Club Members who have given their consent. YES

*Promotion of available benefits without a Business Assistant

This change applies to benefits that are available without subscribing the Business Assistant.

2. ADMINISTRATION CHARGE (THE FIRST CHARGE FOR PAYMENTS APPLIES TO THOSE CLUB MEMBERS WHO HAVE NO ACTIVE BUSINESS ASSISTANT)

Administrative charges of Club Members who are using the payouts will be as follows:

If you commission the first amount in a given SP for SODEXO or Economic Activity, the first commissioning of such amount will charge you for 5,00 €/£ 4,00. It is interesting to note that this applies to each settlement period, because if in the next setlement period a Club Member shall pay the money for the first time, this situation repeats itself.

Club members, who are in DuoLife to make purchases only, will not be bear the costs associated with the first charge.

For example: I am in DuoLife, I buy and I discount from my wallet, but I do not withdraw money, so I do not have to pay an administrative charge.

REFUND

Bearing in mind the changes and improvements, we would like to inform you that we refund an administration fee to all, from who it was taken in the amount of: 5,00 €/£ 4,00.

3.SMS

You have the opportunity to verify your position in this matter and to clearly indicate whether you still want to receive information via SMS.

SMS messages are free of charge for one full settlement period (SP). After this time the SMS are paid according to the rates with the table of fees and commissions.

Example:

A new Member joined the DuoLife Club on 10.03.2018, SMS is free until 15.04.2018. After this time the SMS will be chargeable.

Important!

You can deactivate the SMS service at any time by deselecting the consent in your Club Member's Panel.
