Aliona has long had a strong connection to sport, accompanied by a healthy and responsible lifestyle. At the age of 17, she met an athlete in Turkey whose physique and energy were a great inspiration and motivation for her. It was then that she decided to change her lifestyle and take up sport, training under an experienced coach. This attitude helped her fight a disease she was diagnosed with at the age of 10 - chronic arthritis.

In 2010 Aliona moved to Germany. There she worked as a fitness trainer and competed in various bikini fitness competitions. In 2013 she became champion in the Fitness Bikini Absolute category and in 2018 she won the title Mrs. Top of Universe.

In 2015, Aliona started her career as a fitness blogger. Today, her Instagram has over one million followers. On a daily basis she shares important moments of her life and gives advice on nutrition, exercise and personal care. As a mother of two daughters, Aliona teaches thousands of women about healthy and active lifestyles during pregnancy and in preparation for childbirth, and shares the secrets to getting in shape quickly after pregnancy.
